Who we are
NexusLogic helps small and medium businesses in Singapore with AI receptionists and chat assistants, websites and local search. This notice covers this website and the services we run. For any privacy question, email hello@nexuslogic.sg.
What we collect
- When you use the contact form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), business type, the plan you're interested in, and any message you write.
- When you call, message or book through a NexusLogic receptionist: your name, phone number, email address (if given), the booking details, and what you tell the assistant so the business can help you.
- On this website: we don't run analytics or advertising trackers and we don't set tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when the page loads.
- When you use the chat assistant on a website we run for a business (including chat.nexuslogic.sg): the questions you type and the assistant's answers, which are saved so the business can see what people ask. If you use the “Leave your details” form: your name, your phone number and/or email, your message, and a record that you ticked the consent box. We also keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, only to limit abuse.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to provide and support the receptionist service (answering, booking, confirming, keeping one customer record), and to meet legal obligations. We don't sell personal data and we don't use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.
Consent
By ticking the box on our contact form, you consent to us contacting you about your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
By ticking the box on a chat assistant’s “Leave your details” form, you consent to the business that runs that website contacting you about your enquiry using the details you gave.
Who handles data for us
We use trusted providers to run the service. They process data on our instructions:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, our database (Asia-Pacific region) and email delivery.
- Cal.com — calendar and appointment scheduling.
- Retell AI — voice calls handled by the AI receptionist.
- Twilio — phone numbers and WhatsApp messaging.
- Anthropic — the AI that powers text conversations.
- Cloudflare Workers AI — the AI that writes the website chat assistant’s answers.
Some of these providers process data outside Singapore. Where that happens we rely on providers that give protection comparable to the PDPA.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent. Email hello@nexuslogic.sg and we'll respond as soon as we reasonably can.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data, we'll update this page and the date above.
